By enrolling at Nayansh Academy & Computer Institute or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission and Enrollment
Admission is granted based on the eligibility criteria set by the academy.
Students must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
The academy reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel enrollment due to disciplinary issues.
2. Fee Structure and Payment
Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan at the time of admission.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other student or course.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in temporary suspension from classes or lab access.
3. Attendance and Discipline
Students are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance to be eligible for final certificates and exams.
Any form of misconduct, damage to academy property (including computers/lab equipment), or misbehavior with staff will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Students must follow the batch timings strictly.
4. Lab Usage and Safety
Computers and software must be used only for educational purposes related to the course.
Students will be held responsible for any intentional damage to the computer systems or lab infrastructure.
External devices (USBs/Hard drives) are not allowed without prior permission to prevent virus risks.
5. Course Completion and Certification
Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and passing the required assessments.
The academy provides skill-based training; we do not guarantee government jobs but provide complete career guidance and support.
6. Intellectual Property
All study materials, notes, and digital content provided by Nayansh Academy are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed commercially.
7. Changes to Terms
Nayansh Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
